I have over 550 hours of training. My teaching is strongly informed by the school of Ashtanga Yoga. Sequences are thoughtfully designed so that each pose prepares in strength and flexibility for the next. Emphasis is placed on breathing, so that the movement matches breath, allowing for a true moving meditation to occur.
